I'm glad you're here.
I help ambitious entrepreneurs and leaders break free from hidden survival patterns that drive overworking, disconnection, and burnout — so they can instead lead from clarity, connection, and self-trust.
If your success feels heavy; if you’re exhausted but still pushing, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken. You’ve spent years mastering the external — leading, achieving, holding yourself to impossible standards. You’ve built something substantial from the ground up. But it’s starting to crack. Beneath the success, it feels fragile — like a house of cards. Unsustainable. And you can’t hold it together much longer. You know at some point, you won’t be able to outrun the pace. If nothing changes, burnout will catch up with you. I know the dilemma and I've been there myself.
As a high-performing professional or entrepreneur
Many of us were taught to succeed by disconnecting—from our emotions, our bodies, even our hearts. But it doesn't have to be that way. Here, we begin the work of returning—to your wholeness. This is what coming home to yourself can look like. My clients often report multiple layers of their lives shifting for the positive, including their professional trajectory!
I help ambitious entrepreneurs and leaders break free from hidden survival patterns that drive overworking, disconnection, and burnout — so they can lead from clarity, connection, and self-trust.
Often, we realize on some level that our high-achieving behavior is emerging from early survival patterns — not just ambition. That the drive to succeed, overdeliver, or stay in control is rooted in unconscious strategies to secure love, safety, or worth.
So part of us may not want to resolve these patterns, for fear of losing the success that comes with it.
But success isn't the problem!
There is another way!

***While I am a licensed therapist in the state of Arizona, I do not offer therapy services across state lines. Coaching is different from therapy in that it focuses on individual and relational development, rather than treating psychopathology. If at any time I believe that coaching is not the right fit for you and/or there is evidence of psychopathology and the need for therapeutic support, I will assist you in finding a licensed therapist within your state who offers the services you need, either in place of, or in addition to our work together. Coaching services are not intended to diagnose or treat mental illness or replace therapeutic services by a licensed mental health professional within your state.
I've walked rocky trails, as certainly you have.
My clients describe the freedom of coming home to themselves, home to their own hearts, and feeling comfortable in their skin to live their purpose through our work together.
This happens when humans have the right support.
This can happen for YOU.

I commit to creating a space for you to explore post-traumatic growth in ways that are doable for you. Challenging your growth edges is an important part of this process.
“The spontaneous movement in all of us is toward connection, health and aliveness, no matter how withdrawn and isolated we have become or how serious the trauma we have experienced. On the deepest level, just as a plant spontaneously moves toward sunlight, there is in each of us an impulse moving toward connection and healing.” -Dr. Laurence Heller
I offer coching services virtually online. I utilize a variety of different modalities where appropriate, but a majority of the work I do is with a somatic/emotional/relational approach.
