Welcome to 75 Heart, a trauma-informed, 75 day, group mentorship container for female entrepreneurs and professionals wanting to overcome (or avoid) burnout!

In-Person Intensive – 3 day retreat 

This in-person intensive retreat is immersive, experiential in nature, and offers a distraction-free environment with a community of support.  In-person intensives create opportunities for expansion of personal growth, professional development, and relational connection within a group process.  Together, participants create a safe, intimate and often sacred space in which to deepen into the personal, interpersonal and transpersonal levels of our shared human experience.
